IKONI Collective is a digital village designed for Black women navigating work, wellbeing, and life in real time. We provide on-demand guidance, community, and support when it’s needed most — and at the times that work best for the women we serve.

Our mission is to address and alleviate the profound challenges Black women face across career, mental health, caregiving, and identity. From community-rooted gatherings and restorative experiences to leading-edge research and virtual support forums, IKONI exists to support the full humanity of Black women and reimagine our relationship with labor in America.

It is a space for truth, restoration, connection, and joy. But beyond this, it is a place for transformation, challenge, and self-authorship.
